YOGA FITNESS TRAINING
Get more from all of your workouts. Learn to connect with your CORE- Develop Skills that align & stregthen while increasing your stamina & ability to focus. Basic to advanced postures. You will move, stretch and sweat!

CARDIO TONE: This class develops a strong core while sculpting your arms and legs. It's an intense cardio experience with energetic music.

POWER PUMP Build strength, balance, and core stability while using a variety of dumb bells, body bars and tubing.
PLUS abs:

KICK BOXING: Kick and punch your way to fitness! Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and muscle endurance and combines aerobics and body toning.

ZUMBA: Fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!

CYCLE: Jump on for a maximum calorie burning ride! Uses all muscle groups required for outdoor cycling.

BOOT CAMP: Jump in and join our full body workout in a circuit style format.

PILOXING:
Piloxing uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. It is a fat torching, Muscle sculpting, core-centric intercal workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape.

Resistance. Interval. Power. Plyometrics. Endurance. Diet. THE ONE STOP BODY SHOCK!

Spin-Yo
10 minutes of yoga focused on energizing the muscles, warming your joints and awakening your mind. Following the yoga warm-up is a 40 min indoor spin class with a 10 minute yoga cool down to calm our bodies and create a positive energy.

Dance Cardio
A fun filled, energetic, hip hop class designed to burn calories and sculpts your body using simple steps. With so much fun and energy in the class it won't seem as if you're working out. No hip hop background needed! No routine is ever the same and modern "billboard chart" music will have you moving to the most Upbeat hit music.
