Yoga: An awesome 75 minute class that will increase your flexibility and relax your soul.
Turbo Kick: A class that combines intense cardio with core training for a fun, high energy workout.
Cycle: Burns maxi um calories, increase cardiovascular endurance. Uses all muscle groups required for outdoor cycling.
Absolute Engagement: A fun, funky, cardio, standing AB, total body workout that will have you screaming! 75 min.
Kung Goo San Soo: A Chinese Art of self defense. Teaches body mechanics which utilize joint locks, strikes & take downs.
Killer Combo: A cardio class for every body. Combines 45 min of Hi-Low, kickboxing. Simple moves, high energy.
